After a hot, dry summer scorched my blueberry bushed, I built a cover to give them the much needed shade. The overall design uses this sunblock shade draped over arched wire fencing. This is not a demanding application, as the screen is draped over the fencing (supported) everywhere. Overall, the quality of the mesh is good. I've caught the mesh on exposed wire ends on the edges of the fencing and have not had a tear. The mesh is consistent across the entire surface. The grommets are unevenly spaced down the long side of the cover, and the ones on the corners are not attached well. I suspect if they supported the full weight of the cover full-time, they might not last that long. The cover is only the advertised dimensions when under tension. If it's not being stretched, it's a few inches shorter. It seems, however, that stretching it to the advertised length will not cause it to fail. Just be advised that it may be better to order one slightly bigger than necessary. The % shade seems to be pretty accurate. Overall, my blueberry bushes are very happy due to the shade this cover now provides!

I like the shade it gives I have a small garden on cement with many cloth grow pots and it seems to be making a big difference with the heat. I really love it. Their was a big storm and it did seem a little stretched by the strong wind but looks like it's holding up well no rips or tears so really happy about that!!!

Bought one to go over my garden. Temps here in N. Texas are exceeding 100 degrees on a regular basis and my vegetables were dying. This shade cloth helps. I ended up buying a second one. It covers a good amount of footage. It has holes in it so it can be hooked on something. I just wish it has come with some kind of clamps or hooks to aid in that process.

The shade cloth itself is fine, but if anything, there could be more grommets along the edges of the cloth.

I live in Colorado where the sun can be intense. This has really helped my garden stay happy during the hot, sunny days.
