It is 110V : you need a convertor
almost burned it, not mentioned it is 110Vthats why other reviews also have the same problemyou need 220v to 110v convertor to run this, but machine is amazing

dangerous low quality
Horrible product I used it once and started sparking and burning almost created a disaster!! Now i am just waiting for my refund forever!!!!!

Definite upgrade
I bought this for my husband to replace the 20 year old machine he had been using (same brand). What I love about this one- it is insanely quiet. No more pausing the tv when he makes his nightly milkshake. It also has a very sturdy feel to it. What he loves- he says it makes a much better milkshake. It adds more air, giving it a better consistency and flavor (I’m not a milkshake drinker so I have no clue).I was initially concerned about the fact the spindle isn’t removable. I’ve now decided this isn’t such a bad thing. His previous mixer tended to get gross because he didn’t wipe the body of the machine very often. With this, it’s much easier to remember to go ahead and clean the splashes. Neither of us clean this thing according to instructions. When I tried, I ended up splashing water everywhere. Instead, I simply hold it over the sink and wipe it with a soapy dishcloth. I only got the base and the spindle, avoiding any of the electronics. Overall, I’m very pleased with this mixer.

If Only.....
Great and easy to use, But if only it came apart to clean as easy...
