I call it a toss up between the Goldbond and MG217 for effectiveness, both excellent. The Goldbond is a bit thicker so it stays on the skin longer. MG217 works quicker to deal with an itch that can come on with Psoriasis. 3% Salicylic aid is the active ingredient in both and is effective. Pantene had a Salicylic aid based body scrub for use while showering. It was also excellent but they took it off the market for some reason, too bad.One other point, Goldbond can be purchased using HSA/FSA. MG217 does not support HSA/FSA, odd I know.

If you have really, really bad psoriasis this will not work.

Very smooth and not greasy.
Are use the product for my arms in my legs is very small and not greasy. It does not smell perfume like.

Great non-prescription cream for psoriasis!!!
I got a sample of this psoriasis cream from my Dermatologist office and it works great,,,,,, especially for a non-prescription drug. The first order I placed never arrived and my husband ordered another three tubes for me.
