Does this lead smudge (like if my hand rubs across) when used on ritr paper?

How comparable is this to the rd99 thats no linger available?

There are a few big differences between the YE13 and RD99 pencils. The YE13 pencil has a clicker lead advancement and 1.3mm lead, versus the twist mechanism and 1.1mm lead on the RD99.
