Works great and of very good quality

I bought this faucet as part of an update to the 1950 kitchen in a rental apartment. It is absolutely beautiful in the space. The high arch and swivel spout are particularly useful in a wall-mounted installation, for which pull-down spouts are scarce and costly. I did not rate the faucet for ease of installation. It came with connectors which were too short to reach my pipes in the wall. However, the customer service team at Soaago was just fantastic. I reached out and they immediately identified an inexpensive adapter kit which was compatible both with the faucet and with my pipe connection. The faucet installed easily with the separate adapter kit. The attached photo doesn't really do justice to the faucet because the grout and tile are still awaiting cleaning and polishing. I know this faucet will improve the attractiveness of the kitchen to prospective renters. I'm very happy with it, and can't say enough good things about the customer service team.

Beautiful faucet. However we tried installing and it leaked like crazy. The threads on the fitting did not match the threads on our plumbing. Took to the hardware store and the people felt it could only be used in Europe. They could find no coupling to make it work for us. Very disappointed. I really loved this faucet. Too late to return. Bought over 90 days ago.

I really liked the style of this faucet over more expensive ones, but I was worried about quality because the cost was so low. I'm glad I got it. The brushed finish is beautiful and doesn't show fingerprints or dirt. There's a wide range of motion on the spout/aerator thing so I can rinse all areas of a big sink and sometimes overshoot and hit the floor. The handles turn parallel to the wall. It's different from our previous faucet or most bathroom faucets, so I'm not used to it yet, but it's not bad. Water pressure is good. Installation was a little tricky -- it is adjustable, but we needed extra parts to make it work.

Love the swivel feature, I can easily rinse out the entire sink with no problem. This was a great buy and it adds contrast to my sink.

About a year ago the black coating started flaking off the handles of this sink.. also the rubber caskets are bad. its been dripping for about 8 months.
