Seismic Audio - Flex-812 - Powered Line Array Speaker System - 12" Active Subwoofer and Eight 4x4 Column Speakers

I ordered this directly from Seismic Audio rather than through Amazon because it would arrive quicker that way. When the unit arrived, my son and I wanted quickly to open it up and get it going! After we plugged it in and turned it on, no lights, nothing. I called customer support and was connected with someone very quickly. He did some basic troubleshooting with me to make sure that the unit should have been getting power, then asked if I thought I could just return the subwoofer (where the electronics are) without returning stands, etc. (it comes in four boxes).Anyway, I sent it back to them and called when I did. After I saw from the tracking information that the unit was delivered, I called right away. My intention was just to bring it to their attention that the package was shipped, but the guy with whom I spoke put me on hold and went and checked out the unit right then! He said they only had one more of those subwoofers in stock, so he sent me one that day.A few days later, I got the unit, unpacked and it works marvelously. I did a wee big of stress testing by leaving the unit on for about a week to see if it would overheat or anything. It got warm on the back, but never hot, and always worked marvelously.The woofer is heavy (60 pounds?), so the handles on the side are really nice. It feels super strong, made of 0.5 or 0.75 inch plywood? I'm using it as a keyboard bench currently and the vibrations are great.The sound quality is great. I haven't heard it distort or clip, but I wouldn't say I've really pushed it. It really fills up my room with sound. I'm using it to amplify a keyboard that I have. The keyboard plays all kinds of stuff. To me, strong, deep bass is very important, and this sound system doesn't disappoint. Also used it to watch a movie with a 1/8" headphone jack from my computer to it, and that worked out very well, too!

I’ve had every problem that these reviews are gifting. My order didn’t come with all its parts plus the Bluetooth does not work at all

all the items is not there and subwoofer is bad bluetooth don't play it connect but no sound come from it worse one yet
