I finally found a headlight I can use working on my cars. I always had issues with drop lights for use in the garage. My two pet peeves with drop lights are: mobility and brightness. You never could find the optimum location to hang your light to illuminate your work or it's either too dim/bright or glary.This headlamp stays on your head. The head band is adjustable and it illuminates your entire work space without glare or bright reflections. I had to replace calipers and brake pads (and other car maintenance) recently, and I like to work at night. This headlamp allows me to work in comfort without the usual complaints I have with drop lights. I did run down the battery; it provided a continuous use for about 2 hours before the battery die. That was an annoyance because I wasn't finished with my work. I'm ready to order another one because the battery only lasted 2 hours of continuous use. I highly recommend this headlamp if you work on cars or in tight spaces; buy two if you need more than 2 hrs of continuous use. I can't attest to the other uses for this item because I only bought it to work on my cars.Two minor complaints or suggestion I have are: Increase the battery life and replace the cloth elastic head band with something more durable, like the rest of the stretchable plastic headlamp material. I had used headlamps in the past but the cloth elastic bands inevitably lose their elasticity and render them useless. Despite these shortfalls, I highly recommend it.

The battery and brightness is good. The main problem is that between the light and your head there's no barrier to stop the heat coming from the light. 3 minutes on, your going to feel the heat. Your going to start sweating constantly. This product needs a better buffer between the light and your forehead. Then the glue holding the front light to the silicone comes unglued. If you work outside in the winter this maybe a good buy. But not in the summer.

The light on high is very bright and covers a wide area. Excellent work light! My only criticism would be that the head band heats up on high. Not burn your head hot but you definetly know its there.

I haven't had this light long enough to address long term quality but out of the box it seems very sturdy and functional. The different brightness modes are a good feature since the brightest setting is extremely bright and useful but not always necessary. After I charged the light I ran it on the brightest setting and it lasted appx. two and one half hours. I then recharged it and it took about another two and a half hours to come back to full charge. I can't get the motion feature to work but that may be me. This light is very useful when walking but not for distant lighting since it is designed to light a wide area up to about 25 feet in the front and side. I like it and highly recommend it.

I can't say enough about this flashlight! It's really bright and allows you to see everything easily without having to hold it in your hand! If you have ever been somewhere and lose power it's great to have a light source, also having your hands free to do what you need to do! If you are an RV owner/camper and if you need to take off early what a great tool to have! It also allows you to move around at night easily. It fits well on your head and is adjustable and is very flexible. I really like the motion detector! All you do is move your hand close to the sensor and it will turn it on or off. Great when your moving around in the dark and your hands are dirty you don't have to touch it. I've looked at a lot of head flashlights and this one is really good one and worth what you pay for it.

For the price of this product, I am thoroughly impressed with it. It is a staple part of my work bag and I use it more often than I thought I would. The silicone headband is surprisingly comfortable and helps it to stay in place, the multiple modes and brightness help to find the right setting for any setting and I have been impressed with the run time with it as well. I also keep a 33,000mah battery pack in my work bag so whenever I wrap up a job that I used the headlight, I plug it in while commuting to the next place and it's usually topped off. My only complaint is the motion sensor. It wasn't a buying point for me, but I don't have much luck using it and I usually just manually click it on and off.

I have purchase a dozen or so headlamps over the years and they all sucked or, sucked less. Everything from a Harbor Freight ht “what the hell” unit to a $179 unit I saw recommended online.This unit rocks and is bright as sun fire. I use it to work on my old cars and airplane and they suite the purpose perfectly. The two pack is a bargain and you can have one charging while using the other. As a matter of fact, I’m gonna order two more for the house. I saw it was Recommended by Scotty Kilmer and I pulled the trigger

The problem with other head-strap lights is that the headbands typically only fit a man's larger head. So frustrating having to rig those to fit because women need these tools too! The headband on this light is very adjustable and would probably even fit a kids head. Very bright. Perfect for crawling around up in the attic or getting work completed outside as the sun is setting. I wear it too when I need extra light on something I am working on and need both hands. comfortable fit too.

If you’re not the brightest person on the job site - pick it up!! Lol!Seriously though - it’s worth it
