Q: I have two 99010301 filters. Should I order two of these clip sets & is this the set to order for my filters?

These come in 3 packs: 1.5 clip per filter. Will this work for you? To determine the answer it's easiest to removed your current filters and look to see if you have a 3 clip system w/ 1 clip shared between the 2 filters. My filters are a different number then your 99010301 so I can't address the compatibility part of your question.

Q: Does this one come with a screw driver? I'm having difficulty to find an appropriate screw driver to take out the old ones. Thanks.

It does not come with a screwdriver.

Q: Can you use these as a replacement for ge profile hood springs? they look the exact same but ge no longer makes them.

Not sure but if they look the same, they’re cheap enough to try.

Q: Are these clips plastic or metal?

The filter spring clips are made of metal.
