Works great! Nice small pills, easy to swallow. Sometimes they are white, and sometimes they are kind or yellowish. I wish I knew why, but it doesn't affect the quality of sleep.

This is the first time I have ordered softgels through the mail. Previously I used tablets, but after trying softgels on vacation decided they seemed to work more quickly. I ordered two bottles of these in June 2024 when it was ridiculously hot outside. They sat in my black mailbox for a few hours, so perhaps that is when they stuck together, perhaps while the traveled as it was about 100F all over the US at that time. One bottle had the pills stuck together just enough for me to still be able to pour them out and pull them apart. The other bottle (as you can see from my photos) required me to cut it open with a tin snip. There would have been no way to get them out or apart if I had not had a garage full of hand tools. It wasn't a big deal to me and I was able to pull them apart without any of them popping (Each gel pod is filled with an oily form of melatonin). I actually left a few attached as I often take 2 of these. Any which would not pull apart easily I left in groups of two just to help prevent popping any just-in-case.So, they work great. They were a mess when I received them, I don't know if I will order softgels in the summer again. If you do order in summer and they are stuck together you may need a saw/drill/pruning snip/tin snip to get them out. The product itself seems not to have been truly affected. I will likely order the same again this fall as I am very satisfied otherwise. If they arrive without being one lump I will assume the issue was the extreme heat of the particular week I placed my order.5 stars for the way the supplement works. Minus 1 star for having to break out the tool box to use them. If I didn't get joy out of using tools to solve a problem I might have taken off a lot more, but I rather enjoy getting to cut up something I otherwise wouldn't get to destroy. ;)

Nature's Bounty Melatonin 5 mg soft gel really work. it help me relax and fall asleep.

I am in my early 70s and find that I am taking naps during the day and/or staying up overnight for a few hours which means I am really not rested during the day. I find taking a capsule of Melatonin helps me to relax and sleep through the night. I awake feeling refreshed from an uninterrupted sleep. I find I do not have to take it every night. If I had a restless evening or napped during the day, I will take a gel about 30 minutes before getting into bed. I begin to feel calm and relaxed making it easier to fall asleep. I have been taking the Melatonin softgels for a year now and find it helpful when I need a good night's rest.
