I've been taking this for a cycle and a half now, and, with a period that I've just completed, I can say this thing could be working! Skeptical as I can be, I've had periods for nearly 10 years now, and this cycle was the first in which my painful period was virtually non-existent. I was in disbelief, expecting to spend the day in bed, I went to school and for the most part, I was fine. There was the occasional pain, but not NEARLY as intense as I'm used to. I don't take Ibuprofen or any drug intervention for cramp-pain, so less pain was incredible! My PMS-related depressive thoughts were not present this cycle [until the day before my period], but that could also be due to the fact that I am moving more and have school as a distraction. In general, my mood has improved dramatically. Again, I still remain skeptical, because good reviews are subjective and everyone reacts differently. I'm a 22F urban-living human with sensitive skin, a sensitive digestive system, and a relatively regular 33-day cycle. I'll give it another 2 cycles to see if ingesting this item correlates with these great changes, but for now, I do recommend it for those who are at their wit's end and have tried everything. Best of luck. - Update: June 22, 2023 I haven't been taking my drops as regularly considering it was out of stock for some time and I tried to keep my intake on menstrual days. My cycles have now reduced to 28 days. I am unsure whether I should attribute these drops for this reason as the human body is incredibly complex and sensitive to all sorts of lifestlye changes. I will say, I still highly recommend these drops. I prefer natural remedies over painkillers to reduce cramps and overall pain, so this is something I will continue to purchase so long as my wallet permits me to! It's a great alternative, I also recommend a heating pad along with this to further reduce cramps, but overall, my life is for the better with these drops! Update: August 24th, 2024 I am now 23 and I still use these drops. I also take magnesium pills now, but before that, these drops ARE the moment! My mother suffers from endometriosis, and the older I get, I do grow concerned that is also my fate; however, debilitating cramps are a thing of the past for me. Yes, I still get PMS symptoms and cramps, but post-adolescence, it is not as intense. Around the time I started taking these drops, I also began taking my health much more seriously so all of these things combined attributed to no longer dreading periods as a whole. Now that I am more financially minded, I will say I wish the bottle size was bigger given that it DOES NOT last the entire month if you use it as instructed. To compensate, I only use these drops post-ovulation and two days into my period. This way it lasts me about 1.5-2 months rather than 30 days. As another review said, the price of this product is not class-conscious. I am just willing to splurge [as a working-class individual] because a pain-free solution that is more natural in its delivery is important to me. However, this company would have more eyeballs on it if it considered the market it would open up if it cost less to purchase, or there was a larger amount for how much it costs the average consumer per month. Even with this concern, I still recommend for those looking for a more natural approach to pain-free periods that allow us to enjoy the nuances and changes within our body without resenting/dreading a particular phase/stage of our cycles. xoxo Update: November 25, 2025 Hi friends! I am now 24 and will be 25 years old next week. This product has been in my arsenal since my college days, and now I'm an early professional. I still use it during the ovulation and late luteal phases, and it's still been as instrumental. For everyone who has read through the previous updates, I will say, including Vitamin D and Magnesium has been just as important, also exercising to some degree has also changed the game for me long-term. I've learned that herbal supplements like this one will forever be part of my journey as I still aim for minimal pain medications ie. ibuprofen as a form of menstrual relief, but other supplementations and basic movement are a factor for those who are on a budget and need some sage advice from a person who has been there, done that, and is still there. Needless to say, I remain an advocate of this supplement for humans at their wits' end with birth control and drugs as a form of pain relief. I will continue updating this as I age. Although I'm not a big reviewer, I love women, and what we stand for as a sex, and if there's a chance this helps any woman, I will revisit this when I am able. Happy birthday to me tho :P
