This beautifully made mug is such good quality, a proper 'comfort' mug, it felt sturdy and well made and the design is really pretty. I bought it for my sister as a bday present and I was thrilled when it arrived as it already came in a lovely gift box so I just had to throw some wrapping paper round it! My sister loved it - especially the little message on the inside of the mug at the base - so when she finishes her cup of tea she gets a little boost of love each time! I'm going to have to buy myself one so I can curl up on the sofa with it and fill it with hot chocolate!!! Just not sure which design to choose!

I bought this for my best friend as she is right into her garden flowers at the moment. It looks so cheery and bright and is a really good sized mug. It was well packaged in a beautiful decorative gift box which was inside another protective cardboard box then in the Amazon box so there was no breaking this bad boy! Lol. Extra bonus points as it is dishwasher safe too. She loved it :-)

They arrived no chips or cracks but they were packaged so nicely, I sent them as a gift for my aunt's, and they arrived at my mum's without incident. They look just like the picture and feel nice and sturdy, the handle is great to hold too, I was worried as I've had chips on a cup previously when ordered through Amazon, but thanks for correctly packaging them! :)

I was looking for a mug as a present for my sister's birthday and this one stood out as I liked the fact that it is made of china and I love the pink and gold pattern. The packaging is beautiful as it comes in a matching decorated box, well packaged within an outer Love Mug cardboard box it was posted in.It arrived the next day and travelled well. Its sturdy and a good size yet still attractive.Customer services were really helpful and prompt when asking questions about it before I purchased.In fact I love it so much I'm going to get another one for my other sister! and would highly recommend it and I can see they do other designs such as one for Fathers Day and one as a thank you to a teacher

Bought this for my bestie, what a lovely gift. Two boxes and lovely card inside. Thought it was a bit expensive, but so glad I bought it.I am sure she will like it and a nice reminder in the bottom of the cup that she is thought of all the time.Great product would recommend and buy again.

Great present for a friend, loved the colour of this mug, very bright and cheery.Mug was slightly thicker than I thought it would be because it is bone china.

I was a bit sceptical at first ordering this, but wow this is a great size as I love a big cuppa, and I’ve got to say this mug is the best. It’s actually holds more than the one I was using, really glad I’ve got one now. If you’re looking for a big mug get this or one if the other love mug designs you won’t be disappointed!
