Perfect for my needs. I homeschool my high functioning autistic teenage son. He wanted to create a cooking class to become more independent and we are using this to create a cookbook as his final project assignment. I choose this one for the hard cover, gender neutral design (I assumed he wouldn't want flowers all over it), and perfectly structured pages. The recipe pages are as perfect as they come. Plenty of space for large handwriting and recipe information, prep and cooking times, create-your-own categories, rating, and (my favorite part) Notes section. My son is very into the details so this gives him space to talk about changes to make in future or reminders about handling different ingredients. Another important factor to me was durability over time. My son was always very gentle with his possessions and takes good care of his things but, I wanted a book that would last throughout his adulthood as a keepsake for years to come. When it arrived I was not disappointed. It wasn't given as a gift but when I presented it to him he LOVED it. It was presented well in the box and feels good in the hand. The pages are thick enough even though they are not cardstock by any means. Overall I'm happy with this book and would highly reccomend it to you or your favorite cook. I have a similar book I created back in high school and I am a little jealous of this one. But of course that was 25 years ago and there were fewer options. Just get the book. You won't be disappointed.

Great reciepe book , the only issue I've had is that the amount of space for the ingredients is too small sometimes , and I have to cross out directions and continue my ingredients there.

Super cute recipe book. I was looking for something to gift my daughter for all the recipes she loves of mine. This one is great because you can Organize it the way you’d like and add more pages.

To be honest I was surprised at the quality of this notebook. It iswonderfully designed, complete with thick paper on which to write yourrecipes, dividers to categorize, hard backed notebook with a brilliantlyillustrated front cover, everything has been thought of down to the finestdetail. What a beautiful book to leave as an heirloom to pass all of yourcherished recipes down to the next generation. I am proudly displaying thisrecipe notebook on my kitchen counter for all to see.
