This looked like a quality product. I was going to use this to fix a purse that the pleather pealed off. I had a very large area to cover. I decided to toss the purse and return the product.

Update: Company reached out to me and offered a full refund, which was accepted and applied. Good customer service support.Purchased for my leather couch. Cleaned leather first (with leather cleaner), then followed up with water to ensure no cleaner remained. Waited 24 hours to ensure it was good and dry. Unrolled the tape and laid out on the floor to ensure it laid flat. Applied the patch tape to my couch, held it in place, released and it stuck "briefly". Within one hour was self pealing away at all the seams (without anyone sitting on the couch. If the repair was on a seat that you were sitting on, it probably would work well. It just doesn't seem to adhere well when applied in a vertical direction. So good for when applied on any part that will have someone seated and applying pressure from their body weight.

I tore my leather jacket right by the fringe. Local tailer wouldn’t touch it…. Because the leather is super thin and fragile. I thought this tape would be just the fix….. put in on the under side of the tear. The chocolate color matched perfectly. I hope it will hold up. Time will tell.
