This album is the result of study and research into the use of sounds and music to create inner balance and healing. Llewellyn wanted to produce an album that not only on a physical level is calming and relaxing, but essentially works on a metaphysical level and alters states of consciousness and awareness with great results! Journey to the Temple features seven chakra tracks blended together by natural sounds of water and birdsong. Each of the seven tracks is a journey through the seven key chakras and are all carefully and gently mixed into an immensely peaceful meditative soundscape.

Great Purchase!!!
I bought this CD and it is wonderful listening. After a hectic day at work I put this in CD player as I drive home. It relaxes me as I drive and opens my eyes to the beautiful scenery along the path to home. Horn honkers and raged drivers trying to hurry to their destination should make this purchase. Might help them slow down a bit and enjoy life of which they hurry through. This was another great purchase.

What an Awakening!
Llewellyn uses alot of his usual style of blending music and the sounds of nature here to create a musical masterpiece. Indeed, in the track "Base Chakra" I have never heard such a gorgeous blend of water sounds and the French Horn! Better yet, there are still 6 chakras to go on this album so I won't spoil the surprise ~ Enjoy!!

Fully recommend this CD....
All that I expected and wanted - once again Llewellyn has created music I can listen to for hours. Ideal for meditation, relaxation, and healing the soul. Love it !! Thank you !!

Ideal background music for any relaxation activity.
This is a really beautiful CD - I am using it as background to the qigong parts of my Tai Chi classes and it is inspiring. No definite melodies for the mind to follow but gentle background music with birdsong, water and chimes added. It works for my purpose and students have commented on how appropriate it is. Another reviewer did say they couldn't see the Buddhist connection which one might expect from the cover and I agree with that but it really doesn't matter

I first heard this CD at a healing session & just loved the sound of birdsong & running water , it makes you feel as if it's a summers day somewhere beautiful . I would recommend this CD if you are feeling stressed & need to wind down .

... a wait to receive it but OMG it is perfect. I lost my dad earlier this year and ...
Had a bit of a wait to receive it but OMG it is perfect. I lost my dad earlier this year and a friend recommended this to me to help me relax as I wasn't sleeping, and all the usual grieving processes were hitting me and I didn't want to go to meds. Just to sit/lie quietly and listen and lose myself completely, have had the best couple of nights sleep for a long time. Will look to more "Journey to...." .
