Jakes starts this book off with a bang, beginning with lesson one and he keeps your attention throughout.If you preview the book @ Amazon, you will be able to read the first 1 or 2 lessons which will capture your hearts immediately. I stronly recommend this book for people of all ages. Its an easy read and quite captivating. Not a boring read at all. I love it and love the message.I completed this book it and reference it often. It is a must have for your home library and office.....and whether you go to church or are religious or not, you will love it and take away valuable lessons.

As a woman who believes in GOD!! I wanted a book that kept me grounded and part of the spiritual world I turned to this book. This book is great and has nothing but the truth in it. I always try to count my blessings and look to GOD for answers and this shows you lessons in life and spirituality. A great read for everyone and everything!!!

The book is written in such a way the chapters are short enough to read one chapter a day and have enough to reflect on for that day.

Very insightful, another great selection by Bishop Jakes. He has written several books, and if you really take to heart his advise, you will not be the same. I do think its better that you read Reposition Yourself and Making great Decisions first, because this book does refer back to these two books.

Very informative, gives you a lot to think about. I love how he backs up his writing with bible scriptures. It's helpful everyday information for everyday life. You will enjoy it if you're trying to grow and maximize your life.

T.D. Jakes has a way of expressing word and scriptures that will make you stand up and pay attention. You will definitely want to apply these lessons if you don't want to remain stagnant in your life. Great read!

During turbulence I have heard this man of God preach with his soul and bring me above and beyong. TD Jakes uses his experience to help us all during rough times and bring light to our situations.

If you have fallen, in despair or lost your way, this is a good book to read to get back on track. It is a mini companion to Reposition yourself and Making Decisions.

Love TD Jakes, a book full of useful tips and insights, not a very comprehensive book and is shorter than I thought it would be but an interesting read nonetheless.
