Delicate edge
Great knife for cutting/slicing herbs, onions, anything soft. Takes a nice edge. The edge on the blade is weak though and doesn't hold up to harder materials. Keep it away from large sweet potatoes unless you want to have to preform some serious work to repair all the little nicks in your blade. Not an all in one knife, but still fun to use for the right job.

I like it but it has a damaged is left up to the end off the knife
