Tried this as a cheaper alternative to Burts bees lip balm. Almost impossible to tell the difference, except cheaper!

Great value for money and great flavours

You do get what you pay for, unfortunately, and these were too good a bargain to be true. Unfortunately the first giveaway that there isn't much beeswax in here is the colour - an opaque white, which implies more soya/coconut oil than more translucent and yellowish beeswax - and the second is the consistency, which spreads a bit too easily (and therefore fades really quickly). The scents / flavours are very mild, but not very distinct and they just sort of taste 'waxy' and artificial, like Chapstick or similar. Those looking for a low-flavoured balm that doesn't coat the lips for a long time may like them.

Ich hatte einmal vor Ewigkeiten einen dieser Lippenbalsame in einer Kennenlern-Box erhalten und war da durchaus begeistert von der Pflegewirkung und der lang anhaltenden Wirkung.Als dieser dann leer war, war für mich klar, ich möchte den unbedingt wieder haben. In den Drogerien meiner Umgebung habe ich den jedoch nicht finden können und hier dann gleich viele verschiedene Duftsorten. An Peppermint muss ich mich noch gewöhnen, aber mit dem drauf, isst man abends wenigstens nichts mehr. Mein absoluter Liebling ist jedoch Acai.
