Great for 4c wash n go
I usually use gel for my 4C wash n go but my curls with shrink up really tight. I now use the Aussie miracle coils and use this product on top of it and it helps my curls stay beautifully curled and elongated. This product works amazing!

Smells good. Decent quality for the price. Had my hair slick and laid back.

Great if Used Properly
When used in place of a gel for twists, this works really well. At first I thought it was useless. Then it gave me the best twist out I've ever had. I used quite a bit and my hair was never crunchy or flaky. I'll use it until it's gone and would consider repurchasing.

Good edge cotrol
This works great in restoring the hairline. No need to worry about the stress of losing your hair if you use it as an edge control. It works perfectly and it is not greasy. Effect lasts on my edges for about 4 or so hours

Not Really!
I have 4c hair with ultimate shrinkage. This product didn't have a chance on my hair. Not only did it not e long ate my hair but it made it tangle as well. It's a no for me.

NOT AT THE 'FRONT DOOR...'
The product is just fine. It's purpose is stated on the label; it works. But, TELL YOUR DELIVERY PEOPLE that it's given to the SECURITY PERSON on the desk in the lobby, NOT left at the front door. That w/b traumatic.

LOVE it!!!!!!
I absolutely LOVE this product!!!! It defined my curly coils and detangled the curls to make them more tame & noticeable. I think it helped with stretching the curl but the curl pattern of my hair is tighter than it could stretch so it didn't elongate as much as I expected. I would definitely recommend and buy again. I need a larger supply.

Cantu does it again!
And by doing it again, I mean disappoint. This product if not for 4c hair. I put it on my hair and it shrank so rapidly, it was shocking. Maybe it was tested on mainly 3a-3c hair. But definiteiy not on us 4c. I dont think cantu is willing to accomodate us anymore. They want to catch a wider market and by making their goods for the widest range of customers, they have left their original customers, and those of us who put them on the "map" out in the cold. Like a husband who upgrades (downgrades, depending on how you view it) to a trophy wife.Thank you Cantu. Thank you for leaving me out of your product plans. Do you still even have "black" women helping you formulate your products or have you decided we are all just "WOC"? Not all "fros" are "Afros" you know!Anyway, Its okay. Pantene, head and shoulders and even Suave is catering to us coily heads now.You were my first love when I went natural in 2005/2006 ( I will never forget that experience of entering a beauty shop and buying a product for my tiny afro. I took you off of that "ethnic shelf" and paid $5.00 for the cantu leave in conditioning cream..... the experience was a miracle. My hair felt moisturized and was shiny and bouncy for days.... even when my white supervisor told me she did not like me wearing an afro to work and so I had to go back to wearing wigs, I still kept my hair braided down and conditioned with Cantu underneath the wig.)But thank you for the good times. This is the last product of yours I will ever buy.
