It takes a while to get going about a month or so of every day use, but this stuff really works. I have osteoarthritis in my right knee and starting an exercise program was difficult for me. I had been using Isagenix and not seeing any results. So I decided to try this brand. Boy am I glad I did after about a one month my joint pain in my right knee was gone. I still have to be careful not to over extend myself but wow the pain is so much less almost not noticeable plus I’m able to get through a 45 minute low impact aerobics exercise routine now with no problem. Draw back is it doesn’t mix great some powder floats to the top of the glass but I just keep mixing and drinking. Taste is good especially with ice. I recommend highly. Bit pricey but worth it.

Update: I have recently tried this powder again and I have not had issues with itching. Might have been a fluke.The flavor is good. It doesn't clump and isn't grainy. It helped with muscle and joint pain. However, it caused me to itch a lot!

I am so happy I found this recovery product! This stuff is my holy grail. I was starting to feel some pain and stiffness in my joints and knew I needed a supplement to help with this. Not only does the recovery taste amazing (love the dragon fruit taste), I’ve also noticed a significant reduction in my muscle soreness and joint pain. I suffer from elbow joint pain due to a major fracture 15 years ago. My elbow was completely destroyed in an accident and it has been holding me back from weight training ever since. I have been using this product for about 3 months now and the joint pain has SIGNIFICANTLY decreased. I absolutely love this product. I take it after every training session and it really does taste amazing. Highly recommend it for anyone suffering from joint pain from weight training!

I like combining this with a fruitier electrolyte mix. By itself, it tastes a little mediciny.

WHAT THE HELL! This stuff is AWESOME! I did my due diligence and researched collagen via good scholar, and over the years I have not been good to my knees in my youth ( track and field, gymnastics, and now skying). I have a potential torn meniscus (mri pending), but I'd swear after 1 week the pain has decreased 75%! Together with black seed oil caps this is truly remarkable. All of my joints feel so much better and no synthetic drugs!! Doing my happy dance( with my immobilizer on of course). I really love this stuff and highly recommend. Thank you Mammoth Labs!!!

I've been following a weight training program for almost 12 weeks and started to take Muscle and Joint Recovery after week 5 due to some nagging sorness and achyness in my joints. I've really started to notice less soreness since I started taking this product which makes going to the gym way more enjoyable. I take it at the end or right after workouts, it tastes great, and is now a staple to my health and fitness routine!
