Great computer--a few caveats
The computer is everything I expected and works well so far. The instruction pamphlet that comes with it is useless. Worse, there does not seem to be an online manual. Had to use included USB key to get audio to work, and for one other reset. But once up and running this is a dandy little computer and I am pretty happy.

Too many problems/issues
The speaker/volume, microphone, and right upper button all didn’t work when I received this laptop. I really really wish nothing would’ve been wrong with it because I really loved how small it was and how how easy it was to carry it around, and loved the screen and keyboard. So disappointed! This was too expensive for it to not work. Glad this didn’t happen after the final return date. This had way too many problems for a brand new almost $400 laptop.

Dead on arrival. Opened. No documents.
Sold as new, but arrived used. Open package. No documents, and most importantly, completely broken. the screen won't turn on, nor does the board power up.

I was a little hesitant
So far I am impressed. I was really Leary thinking that I am older and know better. Today, I liked being wrong. windows 10 and faster than name brand crap laptops I’ve been taken before. Fingers crossed.

8GB RAM + 256GB SSD
My work requires me to have a laptop with me all the time but I'm a huge outdoor fan. A regular laptop is too big and heavy for me. I found this TOPOSH mini laptop. It is about the size of my palm. Since it is using SSD, it will just take seconds to boot up. I like the fact that it is so light and portable and I can perform tasks that I can't do on my phone. It has a headphone jack, 2x USB, TF, and HDMI. Its cooling fan does not generate noise at all. Overall, quiet and functional mini pc.

Great little laptop
I’m quite happy with this laptop. 8 gigs of RAM is nice.

Very good with a few quirks
First I will say that the distributor has always answered my questions. The screen response is very good for a small screen. There is no way to drag & drop even using the touch screen. I will keep trying. For some reason, I cannot customize the computer, but I believe it's because I put in my Microsoft account info and synced it so that it's set up with my Samsung galaxybook flex 2 alpha. But that's what I would have done anyway. I do wish it had a track pad instead of that red mouse thing, but it does work, and the touchscreen works well. I'm happy with it so far.
