These strainers keep food particles and debris from accumulating in the drain. They are easily cleaned in the sink and very durable. The size fits the sink drain well and they keep their shape. They are neat in appearance and easy to use.

These seem to be a good bang for your buck. We are in the process of renovating our kitchen and haven’t yet install our garbage disposal. As we do dishes, we are trying to not have anything go down the drain that would compromise our plumbing. These work perfectly.These covers fit better than other options. I’ve looked at on Amazon and in store. They’re easy to use and install. I emptied them and after a couple uses, put them in the dishwasher and they come out just as clean. I’ve not seen any rust during the time that I’ve used them, which is another positive to me. I feel that these are quite sturdy and hold various things that end up in your drain and the appearance seems pretty seamless with the drain of my sink.

These look great! Easy to wash out. Much better than plastic ones. Keeps you sink and drains much cleaner!

This wire mesh drain basket has saved us from clogging up our older pipes on more than one occasion and functions exactly as it should. Not only does it catch the usual suspects - food bits and scraps, but it has also really been an eye opener when I water my plants in the sink. So much debris! The grossest is when I make homemade bread and put my dishes in the sink before I wash them. These baskets will be filled with dough/flour to the point that I don’t think they will strain. I just put them in the dishwasher and they come out good as new. I have washed these at least 100 times and they are still good as new so they are quite durable. I can’t imagine not having these. They are stainless steel so they look nice in our sink. They fit our drain perfectly and are easy to drop in and get out. They are an easy, inexpensive way to save me money on plumbing expenses.

They work for awhile. Will eventually get clogged-up and need to be replaced -- Its a good thing they don't cost much. Also, they are very light weight and as such can get bounced around pretty easily. Heavier ones will be more stable.

Exactly what we were looking for. As advertised.

Fits perfectly in kitchen sink drain & catches so much debris when you are preparing vegetables, shrimp, lettuce, etc. The mesh is very fine and is tucked into a smooth outer ring. You can just shake the debris out to the trash. These are hard to find and I was very happy with this useful purchase. It's also good when washing your hair. If your shower has one of those drains with a pop-up stopper, you can still use this just turn it upside down.

Works great for my family and their dishwashing needs. Other reviews reported it being flimsy, but I think it is durable enough. It comes with 2, just keep the spare handy I guess. It catches most in not all the food specs and it is easy to clean.
