Really Helps my ankle!
Comfortable, cooling, and swelling reduction are fine. Only, negative is hard to slip into with a size 10 shoe size

I keep these in the freezer and when I have foot or heel pain these are easy to put on nad helps with the ache (momentarily relief).

I’ve packs don’t stay in place
The ice packs don’t distribute evenly so it’s challenging to get proper coverage. The socks are not sized correctly, mine were too big - so the ice packs didn’t stay where they were supposed to.After some time, the beads seemed to “thin out” and lost their effectiveness.
