It's doing the trick!
Unfortunately our electric recliner seam split. Can't find an upholsterer to repair. First purchased 6" tape but was not wide enough to stay on. So purchased this one and it is working like a charm. Doing the trick for now. Color matches well enough. Just not ready to purchase a new livingroom set. So for now this is working just fine.

Great for car interior
This really keeps the luxury feel of my mercedes alive even with the car being built in the 80s my only problem is if you peel back from an area after cutting or if you have to move it a little this way or that, any surface that you had it on is going to be covered in the gooey adhesive although I am glad that it adheirs very well compared to others I have tried so I would rather deal with having to clean off the gooey stickiness than to have in barely stick to what I am wanting it to, The simulated leather is very nice and something that you would probably see in even the newer Mercedes, BMWs and probably even Rolls Royce Very easy to cut and the material is Stretchable to a extent but I wouldn't recommend stretching it too much I would recommend this more for medium amount of traffic areas like maybe the arm rest or trim panels. or even the doors

Not like new, but covers for the playroom
When the dual recliners in the kids playroom started looking bad and flackery off, I tried these patches. They worked as expected. Adhesion on soft cushions is trickery. Don’t stretch the product to cover more space. Instead push it firmly into place and mold with all the moments of the pillow top. It will stay stronger and longer. Adhesion to the bottom cushions was easier and seems to be a good fit after several months of deadly use my teenagers. The new furniture arrives when they move out. Until then I ordered another patch! Check the size it may not cover as much space as you think.

Depends where it's going.
Well? I am a hairdresser and was hoping for a fix for a little tear on my chair. After a couple weeks the tape was loose and left sticky residue with sticky balls of the adhesive. Tape product is a little thick. Color is true black

Best to buy seats covers
After a couple months glue would come loose. After that I used different kind of glue. The material still wouldn't stick.

Weak adheasive
Had to get some double sided "Girilla" tape to get this to stay in place. The adhesive on the product itself is not strong and it kept peeling off. With the use of the additional tape it is a great cure for my leather woes!
