Nizoral and T-Sal doesnt work. Back in Canada i used T-gel and that worked for me so now in US i searched for a similar tar shampoo and come across this while browsing. I tried it and voila! Worked on first use!

My regular anti-psoriasis shampoo. Latgers up quickly and though it uses tar oil does not smell badly.

This item works really well however it does have a strong smell which is the reason of my 4 star rating as it reminds me of the orange soap that removes grease off of your hands, but if you can get past the strong smell, it works really well since first application and surprisingly leaves your hair soft.

So far I can see the results from the first wash but it definitely stinks

The smell is very strong, too much for my taste. I have used it only once and it cleans my hair very well. Something I did not like at all is that it leaves my hair very dry. I feel that for colored hair like mine, it is not the best product. The only good thing that I give it 3 stars for is because it cleans my hair well. For the rest, I do not recommend it. They should create a product that has conditioner, for this type of strong product. It is a small recommendation.

Muy bueno me esta ayudando mucho con mi caspa tengo menos caspa es muy efectivo hace su función lo recomiendo, lo único es que huele bien fuerte y hace mucha labaza pero es bueno para la caspa deja elncuepro cabelludo muy limpio
