Bought for daughter. She likes it. Easy to put up and down. Seems quite sturdy and has so far kept her dry. Can't comment about its wind resistance yet. Good size when open too. Handy having the soft holder so her things don't get wet in her bag.

Only used twice and one of the spokes broke. Maybe I was unlucky as others seem really pleased with the quality but very poor for me; waste of money.UPDATEI am updating this review as the seller got in touch with me after I left it to offer a full refund. Can't say fairer than that! Great customer service. Because of this I am going to repurchase and hope to receive the quality item others have.

The umbrella works well in light rain, and the overall quality is decent. However, it’s not windproof and flips easily in strong winds.

I've had this umbrella since Nov 22, it is still going strong and in great condition. It is really easy to open and close but as already mentioned it takes strength to shorten it, I usually press it against something like a wall to get it compact again. I've used this umbrella constantly on windy days and it's never let me down. If it's a day where there may be a shower with no wind I sometimes carry a lighter umbrella as it is heavier. The only thing I'm not really happy with is the diameter, I find it short and in heavy rain it doesn't give great cover. Due to this I'm starting to think about buying a larger one.

This is a very good umbrella. Hopefully it will last a bit, other reviews suggest such. Well built, good mechanism, nice handle and soft case. Fine size and coverage plus a good price. Like I lead with a very good umbrella.

Designer Umbrella- working good in rain. Easy to open and close

I've only used it once so far but I was in a pretty good downpour and this nicely sized umbrella (40'/101.5cm diameter) kept the top half of me nice and dry (the rain splashing up from the ground got my pant legs quite wet but that is no fault of the umbrella). There were a few wind gusts and the umbrella did not turn inside out as my old umbrella definitely would have. I am happy with this umbrella.
