Fischer & Wieser The Original Roasted Raspberry Chipotle Sauce, 15.75 Oz., Pack Of 2

We’ve been buying this sauce for many years. It is by far the best raspberry chipotle sauce. We’ve tried other brands and they just can’t compare with the reich flavor and texture. Actually, we recently bought 2 bottles that made me think they had changed the recipe. It was thinner and less flavorful. I contacted them to ask about the change. Their representative, Rusty, assured me that they had not changed the recipe and asked for the lot number of the bottles. Apparently the batch they were from was not up to standards. A refund or replacement was immediately offered. I chose replacement and they were shipped to me. Delicious! Great customer service.

I hesitated to try this because it's a tad pricey but the description just made it sound so good I had to try it. I wanted it to use as dipping sauce for deep fried mozzarella sticks. I enjoy marinara but sometimes like to change it up with a sweet sauce. I figured worst case scenario, if I didn't like it I'd use it on pork for members of my family who eat meat. After trying this as my dipping sauce, there's very little chance my carnivore family members will get any. This stuff is amazing! The perfect combination of sweet and spicy. The only thing I don't love is the seeds but that can be fixed relatively easily with a very small strainer.

We were first introduced to this when we visited a friend who served an appetizer of crackers with a block of cream cheese with this poured over it. YUM!!! It keeps well in the fridge after it's opened. It enhances a lot of other sauces and is wonderful as a topping on many things without being an ingredient in something else. It's definitely pricey. I also ordered Bronco Bob's product that sounds the same. I haven't tried it yet. I'll update this review after I try Bronco Bob's because BB's is considerably cheaper.

This stuff is amazing! How can you go wrong with a hickory, sweet savory sauce?! We use some of this over a block of cream cheese and use chips to dip it in. I’ve been looking for some type of sweet yet flavorful topping for our cream cheese and there’s nothing comparable to this in stores! These have been sold out at Kings for a long time. Go get you some Fischer and Wieser sauce because you won’t be disappointed.

Helped a friend make an unplanned move, cleared the house afterward, much unfortunately to the dump. Found an unopened bottle of this. Thought it interesting sounding, added it to my pantry. Eventually tried it and found it unique and very nice. As on the label, raspberry tasting. But also a smokey flavor and some slight heat from chilis. My first thoughts were: would be great on pork..chicken,..beef..uh, ....any meats. So good I've since looked it up and ordered more from Amazon--for my own use and as a gift. Plan to reorder in the future. It is something different, something tasty, and fun to taste buds.

I was first introduced to this sauce, served over cream cheese with Club crackers at a friend's party about 15 years ago. I brought to my family and they loved too. Since then it is a family tradition to have it at all holiday gatherings! I've tried other brands but none measure up!

Smokier than I remember but still delicious and versatile on all types of food. Our favorite is warmed over goat cheese with crackers.

This stuff is delicious! Pour some over cream cheese and spread a mix of the two over some crackers and you have yourself a super yummy snack. (Or meal) I would imagine this would be great on pancakes or waffles as well. I’m going to try that out for myself very soon!
