I realize that my review is completely biased because I did not use this product for its intended purpose. I researched the hell out of different size cake molds so I could use one made of silicone to put in my automated pet feeder. The stainless steel bowl that came with it was too loud. You could hear the food dispensing from anywhere in the house. This rubbery silicone works perfect. It fits the spot. It’s the correct height and it makes the food quiet when it comes out.Sorry, if this doesn’t help those of you who are bakers. But it sure as heck fixed my problem!

It was folded in it's package and took a while to smooth out. Everything was great and smooth except for one spot in the center created a nonsnooth unglossy effect on my product, unlike the rest of the area. So I had to repour in that one spot..taking an extra day to cure.

Wanted to make a flourless torte and it called for a springform pan. That pan had a defect and leaked. Thought this might work and it was a great alternative. Once this pan cooled, I simply turned torte upside down on a plate and it came out easily and looked great.
