My 6 year old just started Karate and I needed pads to help him practice at home.Being 6, I have no idea if this is going to be something that he sticks with so I don’t want to spend a ton of money on supplies. These pads are a nice comprise between cost and quality while maintaining function.

They are decent mitts overall, but you will have that lack of durability due to the fake leather. They have good padding, but don’t breath well. Honestly would recommend I like them a lot but fake leather is a huge miss for me

My kids use these away from the gym and they are comparable to what our instructor uses. They love them.

The mitts are fun to interact with another while training, and learning combinations.

Teaching my wife to box, good for her. Not for hard practice.
