I had my doubts but I made this stained glass lampshade and it hung over my dining room table for years. I took it when we moved but had no place to hang it and it is so heavy I doubted it could go on a pole. I was wrong. I love the way it looks and it is very sturdy. Worth every penny.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Bought as a gift for my daughter. She loves stained glass and this seems well suited. It is nice looking and heavy enough for a bigger shade. Cut the threading rod down an inch and it is perfect! Assembly was a snap and the lamp was packaged well.

The lamp base (no shade) was well packaged and was easy to put together. 6 pieces all together. The instructions were clear enough but the pictures were not. The hardest part was the rod that the shade and finial are attached to but all I did was screw the rod onto the top of the lamp part, took the finial and one of the rubber gaskets off, put the lampshade on, then the gasket then the finial. All the other parts stayed in place. The base is beautiful, and heavy. No fear of tipping on its own. It is just the right height. 5 easy stars!!

Love it for my existing stained glass lampshade. It's old time looking so might not be what your looking for if you want modern but the Tiffany lampshades are old looking.

I am very pleased with this Tiffany style floor lamp replacement. I needed another because one of the chains on a Tiffany style floor lamp I bought many years ago broke! It can probably be repaired but I can't find someone to repair it. The 18 inch shade I had fit perfectly, but I decided to get another more contemporary style shade. And it also fits perfectly. What I really appreciate is that the base is heavy and sturdy. It's much better the my first one. I had it in my foyer. My cats (running down the steps) have banged into it and knocked it over. This replacement base is heavier, so I hope they can't tip this one as easily.

Even though I was a little bit skeptical,about buying this for my very expensive Tiffany lampshade, I went ahead and took the chance. I was very pleasantly surprised. Let me start by saying that this floor stand is extremely beautiful and ranks right up there with the original expensive floor stand that got damaged when moving. Not only is this floor stand beautiful, but it perfectly holds the weight of this lampshade with no problems. I have cats that constantly get the Zoomies and have bumped into it several times already without knocking it over. It is very heavy weight and will definitely stand the test of time. I am highly recommending this product !! I will definitely buy from this company in the future. I just hope that they’re full Tiffany lamps with shades are as beautiful as this base that I bought. Again, I will stress I highly recommend.

Stand was packaged extremely well, easy to put together and good quality material. I converted a 22" hanging Tiffany lamp that I have had for 35 years and it looks great on this stand. The reason for the 4 stars is the base is a little small and not as sturdy as I would hope for on a standing lamp, other than that I am very pleased with this purchase.

I had a Tiffany style lamp from Macy's that had a badly designed stand that disintegrated. This perfect replacement is way better. I kept the ornamental top screw from that one as the one that came with this was more over the top. This is very durable and attractive, much better and intelligently made. Has two light sockets rather than the original three but I'm not complaining.

Bought an original Tiffany pendant shade on flea market but our ceilings are too low so found this to match. Looks amazing.
