Q: Do these have the same amount of enzyme per pill as the name brands? (it says 3000 units, what do other brands have?)

Name brands like Lactaid, Walgreens and CVS have 9,000 FCC Lactase Units. So these have a third of name brands and you will need to take 3 compared to name brands.

Q: Is this really made in the usa? why is the english writing on the label and in the description so horrible?

Not sure. But when I can tell you is they are not as strong as generic Lactaid

Equate 9000 fcc is for 3 caplets, so 1 caplet only has 3000 fcc just like Best Naturals.
