As a professional massage therapist of many years, I'm glad to finally have found an apron that prevents oil from soaking through it and being absorbed by my clothes while I'm working -- and over just a few months of such repeated occurances despite thorough washing, becoming ruined. I have lost so many articles of clothing this way -- but no more! While not huge in size, it covers my ample body adequately. It can be wiped down with disinfectant between sessions and washed at the end of the day. I find hand washing it easy enough by liberally applying liquid dish or laundry soap to the oiliest sections, quickly rubbing it in before placing it to soak in a bowl of hot water for a couple of hours before rinsing in warm water, spinning excess clear water out, and hanging it to air dry. It hang dries in 2-4 hours using this method, depending how dry or humid the ambient air is. After using it for two months, it shows every sign of being durable and well made. As it does not breathe, it is hotter to wear on hot, humid summer days, but it will be saving me a lot of money in clothing that doesn't get wrecked at work. This apron and others offered by the same company, (Graneby) also offer attractive art designs that are suitable for a professional setting. Light weight, rolls or folds small, and does the job well. Not the kind of apron for wiping your wet or dirty hands on. Guessing it would be good for hand dishwashing at home and art/painting, too, as liquids won't go through (though paint may not wash out, of course.)

It is a "painting apron" for my granddaughter. Paint messes won't matter.

Material is funny feeling but appears to be moisture resistant. The colors are very bright and the design is pleasing. Bought 12 for an event for volunteers to wear and they all wanted to buy theirs from me.

I liked this so well that I decided to buy one for myself. It will also make a nice Christmas gift for a messy cook ( which I am).The artist I bought it for loved it too. Don't know how well it washes. If the colors fade, I'll write another review.

Nice pattern. It will keep you a little dry. A good husky shake off and you’re soaked.

The apron is as advertised! The colors are vibrant and material feels solid, too! My daughter wears it for her art class and adores it! Fits well, too. She hasn't gotten any paint on it so far, so cannot attest to it being impermeable.Highly recommend, though!

I liked the softness, the colour, the fact that it’s waterproof and has an adjustable neck strap. Very good value for money arrived well before the stated time, which enabled me to wear it for my art class. 👏👏👏
