This unique formulation is absorbed by porous materials and displaces moisture in that material. By lowering the moisture content of the material, mold and mildew are no longer able to become established or grow. Cedar Bug-Free Mold and Mildew Eliminator is not only more effective than other natural fungicides, it's also longer lasting. How to Use It: Cedar Bug-Free Mold and Mildew Eliminator can be applied to all surfaces inside and out with a low-volume pump sprayer or spray bottle. For porous materials such as carpet, leather, wood or drywall, apply several coats, and allow the product to soak in before reapplying. For hard interior surfaces, spray the product, allow it to stay for a few hours or overnight, and then wipe it off with a dry rag. For hard exterior surfaces such as stone walls, driveways, walkways or masonry, saturate with spray and leave in place.

Best natural mold killer and prevention
Best cedar spray. Ive used it for controlling and eliminating mold and it has the added benefit of keeping bugs away. It has a strong scent because its real cedar oil. Arrived packaged well- no leaks like other feedback Ive seen- It looks like they improved that "defect" in shipping. The nozzle does leak a little if the bottle is not being sprayed straight but for the quality of the product, investing in another nozzle is worth it if it bothers you.

Actually works! Stubborn black mold is gone!
This worked extremely well for us. It came with instructions that we followed to apply. We used it in the bathrooms on tiles, caulk, in a shower and tub. It actually penetrated through the caulk to kill the mold. The mold turned gray, then white. We periodically reapply, but the initial application was quite a pleasant surprise. I am so glad this product exists. We are an organic household and cannot support the usual synthetic chemical commercial products due to allergies to fragrance and chemical combinations. While this product has a strong cedar smell, it is not a created fragrance and is a natural oil. Because of the oil, I would caution being aware of possible slipping. We found it is important to aim the spray directly to the area it should be applied. Great product!

Not for mold or mildew
This is a bug spray! I don't know why it's sold to remove mold and mildew, but it doesn't work at all. Didn't even reduce the spots of mold in my shower. It might be great as a bug spray but that's not what I wanted it for.

oops, leaky container
Very expensive and the container leaked all over products it was shipped with. Did not try to return as I didn't want to bother but did lose a certain quantity because it was packed poorly. Smells really nice, incense cedar oil. Seems to work in removing mildew, yet to discover if it keeps mildew away. cjc

seems to work i need more time to be sure the contents mostly leaked out package was wet= no directionsi asked for a replacement still hasnt come

Nice smell but doesn't work very well
Nice smell but doesn't work very well. I don't think I would buy again. I'll try and find something else.
