Works great!! Cosplay related
I’m a 34 DD lady and I ordered a size medium for cosplay! It’s always been so hard to cosplay any gentlemen and I really wanted a good chest binder! I hope this helps! It was very tight pulling on and off but it works wonders and I can move in it

was my first binder and continues to be top choice a DECADE later
i've tried all major brands of binder on the market and some indie labels, even the super-fancy made-to-measure kind that you can get in custom fabrics, and this is the binder i return to again and again. unlike some other styles by this same brand, it seems 100% true to the size chart—the tri-top and a few others can vary a lot in cut- and sizing consistency as you get higher up in sizes, and don't even get me started on other brands!i recommend the 997 as a good starter binder whatever your chest size, despite its known flaws of rolling up once it's broken in/if you're not skinny, needing to be clipped to your underwear sometimes etc. if someone with a big frame and a big chest to flatten out can wear this comfortably while doing intensive cleaning, hiking, moving house, dancing and so forth, i think it could be a functional option for most other folks too. everybody's body is different, but if you're looking for a good place to start or have had difficulty with finding a nice fit in other varieties of binder, this could be the last one you have to pick out!

Maximum Safe Binding
I'm a large (overweight) FTM individual who is pre-top surgery and hands down Underworks has the best binders that work on me. I've tried a few other brands before that are meant for smaller people but just 'up-sized' to fit me, and they were basically just an undershirt, which any dude with excess breast tissue can tell you does not bind at all, just kind of lays over your chest. When you're someone walking around with DD sized chest AND a big waist, you go in knowing it's never going to be perfect. Nothing short of top surgery can do that. This won't turn you into a male model, but it will flatten your breasts down to match your belly, giving you a flat (and thus more masculine) chest. Now I can be a normal fat dude and actually leave the house. If you're a cis-guy with just 'some' breast tissue from being over weight, then this product would work even better for you. Smooths out the lumps and you probably have a lot less of a hurdle to overcome in the first place. Hey, if it's working for the transguy with the DD chest, it's probably going to be a godsend for you.Fits true to sizing. Measure yourself before you order. I listened to other reviews and I wear a thin undershirt beneath the binder to combat chafing. Never had any issues with roll-ups or sliding around, but I also don't wear the binder by itself so who knows?Only con I can think of is that the neck is a little wavy on the front, especially after extended use. Might look weird under low cut shirts.... but if you're wearing this you're probably not trying to draw attention to your chest with low cut shirts anyway (at least I'm not), so YMMV.All in all as a transman this product helped me overcome a significant portion of my dysphoria, enabling me to get out of the house more and stop stressing at work. Very glad I found it.

Obviously, it isn't going to make your chest completely flat, but it really helps. Definitely measure yourself accurately before buying, as buying a size too large will minimize the effect and buying a size too small could lead to health risks. I bought a medium and I was surprised to find that it wasn't as unpleasant as I'd expected. The worst part is just trying to get it passed my large hips (when taking it off or putting it on legs first).

Great for trans folk!
When I was heavier (5’7”, 220lbs) this was not a good style for me. I had chub that gathered at the arm holes and hurt me. Now that I’m down to 150lbs, this style is great! It really freed up my arms and shoulders. I like how breathable it is and how the bottom doesn’t curl up. I only have this one (I’m poor) and I wear it daily. Through the washes and wears it has stretched out somewhat but is still in great condition a year in. I highly recommend these for trans-men like myself who are looking for an every-day, flexible and breathable chest binder.

A sports bra, basically.
I bought based on the seller's size recommendations, but am not super happy with the effects of my binder. It feels and looks like a sports bra, and even taking my chest measurements with it on and off, my bust is the same. I'm guessing I need to buy a size smaller for it to work? But they should just say that in the description if so! :(UPDATED: I repurchased and went for the next size down, and it fits much better and makes a way more noticeable difference. Much happier with this purchase!

Didn't live up to its reputation.
Waaaay too small despite me ordering according to the size chart and others' reviews. Also very flimsy material - - I felt like I was going to tear it trying to get it on and off, and I could see my fingers through the material. It also gave me major sideboob when I tried to bind properly with it (up, not down) when I finally squeezed into it.I can't believe these are one of the leading binders.

I love the tight fit, it's perfect for me!
I bought this binder because I bought one from GC2 B years ago that doesn't quite bind me right anymore. When I put it on it was really tight, but I loved it! My GC2B binder only binds my chest but since my chest is really big I needed more coverage, and I definitely got it with this one. I'm super happy with it and I make sure to bind safely as to not hurt myself. The fabric feels really nice, like not soft but it binds my whole torso which for a bigger person like me is definitely a plus. I'm 5'9" and 270lbs, my bra size is 36N for reference. I added a before and after so you can see the difference, it's huge to me and feels so great. I hope others my size will like it, my other binder was around the same price as this one so it's well worth it in my opinion :)
