Not strong enough for a .45Says it can hold up to 50lbs...that's a laugh!

I bought for vehicle's. I do not want to drill to use screws. I was expecting to be glued.

So the product is great, it does exactly as described, so defiantly worth a buy, BUT only if you got your own toggle/molly bolts, after using my own bolts, it looks great, and does exactly as it's supposed to, but not after cursing at the weak Molly's they gave me with the holster, they have no proper lip to sit as you screw them in, as I was attempting to use what they sent, they all just gave in and popped through, if you know anything about toggle bolts, they have to sit against the "wall" in order for them to be used properly and the weak ones they sent do not sit. Buy this product, but only if you're willing to also buy #8 bolts with toggles.

Way to over powering , scratches the gun up bad because it’s so hard to take the gun off the magnet

The design and quality seems to be at a good level. The magnet is not as strong as it really needs to be to be used for the application that this bracket is being sold for.

I got this to stage my handgun at night. It's great for quick access if anything goes bump in the night. The only problem arises if you have a red dot installed. The height of your optic will keep the magnet from making contact with the slide. If you shoot iron sights this thing is perfect for you. It's a good product but they should mention the optics limitation as I never occurred to me.

I have 3 handguns I wish to use with this product, a glock 45, a glock 35, and a ruger p85, all 3 fit nicely and it hols them quite well, I love in oklahoma where roads are garbage, this holds them even on rough roads. The mounting screws seemed weak and not up to the task, so I replaced them with machine screws and nuts. All in all I am very happy with this product

The magnets install easily and are strong which holds a pistol securely. Also doesn't scratch the pistol. Excellent product for home or your vehicle.However, if you have suppressor height sights you will not be able to use this.
