Has the right taste, the right size and not 'doughy'. Good value!!

This is not a traditional bagel at all. It is so soft, just like every other bagel I buy locally. I call it "bread shaped like a bagel". It should be hefty and the outside should be solid from the traditional way it is cooked. Just using NY water does not make a great bagel. Too bad, but I will never purchase this again. BY the way, I used to live not far from Katz bagels (growing up in Boston). And I used to watch the real way to make bagels, including dropping them in boiling water.

Flavor and texture are perfect

I ordered 12 Bialys, by the time they reached my home 5 were green molded. I would of paid the ex. posted if needed.

/ate at breakfast butter, cheese, cream cheese. I like them as much as bagels but I find shipping to expensive to buy all the time.

Shipped in a non-airtight container and took a week longer than expected to arrive. Extremely disappointed.
