I like the fact that you can use this for hot or cold relief. It does work well but only lasts about 20min in my opinion.

I have C7 neck disc degeneration. And every time I get home from playing sports I get lots of aches on my neck. I tried this product by heating up the gel pouch (I boiled water, then turn off when water is hot enough & dip gel pouch inside the hot water) & then I placed the pouch in the brace & wrapped it around my neck (wraps around the neck pretty easy) & it REALLY helped loosen up my neck & shoulder muscles.I recommend for anyone with similar issues. Later that day I tried it on other parts of my body like my knee & then my wrist. REALLY helped. REALLY worked. It was also well packaged.

I often have neck stiffness and pain from a combination of daily computer work often followed by neck straining exercise. The warm aspect of this is soothing at the end of the day. The cold aspect is helpful if I have strained my neck working out. If you use the warm feature, pay attention to the instructions. It is easy to misjudge how hot this will be on your neck if you do not follow the instructions. The support and temperature are both great to relieve symptoms of pain and stiffness.

I purchased this neck brace because my PCP suggested I get one to help with my pain and the fact that it could be used both hot or cold was a real plus. It's also great to help with forward head posture which many people have these days because of so much computer and phone usage. I heat it up first thing in the morning and put it on before I start checking emails and if feels AMAZING!!! I find myself wearing throughout the day whenever I'm on the computer as it keeps my head in a good position and alleviates the pain. If you are considering a neck brace that isn't bulky, can be used for warmth and cooling and gets the job done...THIS IS IT!!!

I have a connective tissue disease, which causes pain to my joints, back and neck. This product doesn't cure my pain completely, but I can say with the hot/cold back that it has helped a lot compared to others I've tried. I am very happy with its use. Unlike other bulky neck braces, this one doesn't fill like its choking me all the time. I would recommend this product 100%.

I have had a stiff neck and sore muscles for over two weeks now and have had trouble icing while I’m trying to work. I purchased this because many other options included neck and shoulders and were so big and I felt that wasn’t necessary. It’s a snug fit which I like and small and hands free to use. I love that it has the option of heat as well as ice.I gave four starts rather then five as it states this item is a neck BRACE which I would say it is not. It seems more like a sleeved ice/ heat pack and doesn’t seem as though it would offer the support you would expect from a neck brace. If you’re looking for a neck brace to offer support I would not recommend this product. Otherwise if you’re looking for a hands free way to apply heat / ice to sore muscles this works wonderfully.

I have compressed disks in my neck that results in horrible headaches and shoulder pain, the ability to put heat or cold on my neck helps. This product is easy to use, not so thick that it restricts movement and easy to adjust to your neck. I just wish they had included an additional insert so I could have kept one in the freezer for cold and one to toss in the microwave for when I need heat.

Freezes really cold. For me it's too cold causing it to be too stiff and hurt my neck to use. The ice pack is smaller then most but is colder then most. I had Chiari Decompression surgery and my neck is very tender and swollen. If it's just a normal sore muscle this might work well for you.

These positive reviews must have been paid for by the manufacturer or something. Very suspicious that i'm the only critical review here.The neck support brace is just a thin, fragile peice of fabric, and does not offer any support whatsoever.This 'neck support' actually made my neck feel worse after just 10 minutes of use.I have tried other neck support products that were given low star ratings on amazon. Even those were all better than this 'sports laboratory' one. They at least supported my neck. This one doesn't even do that! This product does not provide any support to your neck whatsoever, at least that's without the hot/cold pack installed.As you would expect from a fragile peice of fabric, it just bends. Please, do yourself a favour and avoid this product, unless you are just looking to use the hot & cold pack.In summary: this item sadly does not offer any support to your neck, especially without the hot/cold pack installed, since it's made of extremely thin, & soft fabric, and has. I don't know what the manufacturers were thinking when they released this for £18. It's not worth the high price. Maybe if it was £7 or so, it would be an okay thing to have just for the hot/cold pack. But anything more than £10, no thank you, id rather go for a more premium product then.PROS:1) the hot & cold pack seems to work good, and seems to be of a decent quality. The cold side was cold out of the box. So if you are purchasing it for the hot & cold pack, that's pretty much all it's good for.Really this item should be advertised as a 'neck hot & cold pack' not a 'neck support'.CONS:1) does not support your neck at all without a hot/cold pack installed,2) does not support the front part of your neck whatsoever due to it's poor design,3) feels like it damages your posture after wearing it for more than 5 minutes.4) product is made of thin fabric, therefore useless for supporting the neck.5) useless for improving posture, despite being advertised as a 'neck support'.

I’ve worn a lot of neck collars in my time. A number of years ago I had my C6 vertebrae removed and then had a fusion done using some bone from my hip. Prior to this surgery and for a good time after I required to wear a surgical collar. The operation was very successful. Recently I’ve had some nerve pain radiating to my shoulder which I’m told by the Physiotherapist is originating from my neck. She suggested wearing a collar, especially when sleeping, to give some support. The Neck Support Brace Pro has been excellent in providing comfort and support. I particularly like how neatly it fits which is much easier to wear than some of the collars I’ve used in the past. The facility to use heat or cold via the pack is an additional bonus. It is an inexpensive and very useful support that is certainly worth trying for those who suffer neck related pain.

This product is brilliant! The pocket for the hot/cold gel does not give any discomfort at all.I have been experiencing neck stiffness for a while now and this product brings a state of normality back in my life. I've tried several different pillows but nothing seems to work. After using this product I have experienced great pain relief instantly.The email that comes after purchase was very helpful and a nice surprise.A fantastic product that gives comfort when needed, very quick and easy to set up and does not take long for the gel pack to be cold, or warm.

I have had a lot of problems with stiff and uncomfortable necks. The GP had advised to use neck support to provide a long term solution. I came across the Sports Laboratory Neck Support and it looked like the perfect solution to my problem and it turned out to be I was right! . Its gel pack is amazing which can be used as a hot gel pack as well as an ice pack to relief pain in my neck. The 4 in 1 function is excellent and has helped me numerous times since my purchase. I love how all the products from this amazing company come well packaged. It has made my day to know I am being treated and cared for in good hands. I absolutely recommend this to anyone that experiences neck pain. You will not regret this purchase!!!

Bought this product for my dad as he suffers neck pain. This product comes with a great booklet which thoroughly describes how to use the neck support. It also has different exercises and stretches which help with neck pain. Very well designed and is so simple to use. I personally have used the neck support and i love it! It really helps and the great thing about it is that you can use this for heat or cold application. The design is so simple yet so effective. I recommend this to anyone with neck pain or know of anyone suffering too. 10/10 for this product from me!!!
