I'm using these mustard seeds to ferment beetroot and carrots, good for muscle ache, colds, ect.I think the old ways are better than opioid and other drugs, which are addictive .Tramadol seems to be given out like sweets, i avoid them like the plague.The carrot and beetroot I'm fermenting at the moment is an Asian recipe.

Bitter
Tried making fermented mustard. Tastes really bitter and off. I do have them since July but I didn't expect to be bad. The price is good.
