I have been taking these vitamins for about 5 months now. At about the 3 month period I almost stopped because they are so expensive. I decided to go ahead and give the vitamins 6 months. I felt like that should be long enough to start seeing some changes if anything was going to happen.I am so happy I stuck with it. At around the 4.5 month mark I really started to notice more fine baby hairs growing in. So I just started taking them and haven't had any bad reactions so far. I haven't been taking them long enough to find out if they are super beneficial for me and my hair but I'll see in a few weeks for sure. It doesn't smell bad and the ingredients are natural and high quality. I like that the pills aren't too big and they don't smell weird.

I had great hopes for this product as it is marketed as a solution for thinning hair and hair loss. I took four of these over prices pills every day for over three months. ZERO results! Not even a little bit of peach fuzz. Please note I have had a series of test and all my thyroid levels, iron, vitamins were in check. If you are looking for a product which yields results, try Viviscal or Monoxidil.

Just started taking these and it says it takes 3 months. 4 pills a day at meal time. Have not had any side effects.from them.

the product has my skull bleeding and my hair falling. I need ti return the product please issue me a return label . I have an appointment with a dermatology to see if I can feel better.
