I ordered this battery on December 19, 2024, and it was delivered within a week. I charged it to full capacity before using the phone. All went well until it was time to recharge. I turned the phone off and plugged it into the wall power outlet at 8:00 in the morning. At 2:24 in the afternoon, the battery still displayed zero percent (0%) of charge. Bottom line: the battery won't charge again. Too bad I couldn't give it zero star!

I'm using my old for Galaxy J3 Prime for miscellaneous apps, back up internet, etc. Suddenly, the phone started rebooting itself, "willy nilly", which, after consulting Google, I determined it was time to replace the battery. I compared the numbers on my old battery to the dif ones offered: mine required the 2600 mAh. This battery arrived promptly, well boxed, bubbled and boxed. I inserted the new bat, connected my micro cable to charge it up. The phone's immediate display was the charging icon and "40%". Yep.. it works, works ideally! I'm so very glad to have found the replacement bat: I can continue listening to audiobooks or running YouTube vids on the j3. The phone is definitely operating with integrity, reliance and no longer rebooting itself. This is a trustworthy, quality product indeed. Thank you.
