I am surprised this item doesn’t have any reviews yet, but I still decided to take a chance and try it out. I don’t regret it! I have a 2 year old Catahoula Leopard Dog/Pit mix with a lot of energy and a desire to play at all times. He especially loves playing tug, and this toy has quickly become his favorite toy, and mine. Very well made with good stitching and nice thick leather. I recommend wearing gloves if you have a dog like mine who really gets into intense games of tug— even the most comfortable handle will make your hand a little red after intense tug play with a puppy. I’ve even started incorporating it into my workout routine: 30min-1hr tug play in the morning, and the same to wind down and tire him out at night. Who needs battle ropes when you’ve got this and a dog who never tires out (until now!). I will probably repurchase to have a backup, I love this dog toy that much. If you’re thinking about purchasing definitely go for it.

Didn't last 10 minutes. Chewed the strip handle off. Then shredded the tug material. Don't waste your money..

Smells strong of chemicals - don’t think it’s real leather. Returned it and went to Leerburg.

Cheap/poor quality. Not real leather- more like some sort of synthetic felt like material. Stitching is also questionable.

It's good quality, just much smaller than anticipated for a slap rag. I'm using it for puppy training and attaching to flirt pole

I got this for my 12 week old pitbull to play tug of war with.He tries real hard but those puppy teeth have him wanting to just chew and knawl.This is going to be a great learning tool when he gets a little bigger.Until then I will intermittently keep introducing this to him.

No smell and feels soft. Large bite area which keeps the nylon strap safe from sharp fangs.
