I was looking for an order when I saw this clock I had purchased almost six years ago. This clock has been a joy to have in the house. The chime is soft and beautiful. So happy I bought this.

I needed a new clock for my kitchen because of how we made some changes to it. And this Howard Miller was just what I was looking for to go with the decor in the kitchen! It’s beautifully designed and I love that it chimes on the hour. Very happy with the clock!

I expected more refinement from HM. Clock is pretty but pendulum is plastic coated with silver pain. Wood shavings are in the bottom of the clock. Pendulum wouldn’t stay swinging so I called product support. (Yes, I followed the directions on how to start it). No answer as to why this is happening. So we took all the batteries out and securely re inserted the batteries tighter. It’s now working!

When it arrived by FedEx , the box was open. I took everything out only to realize that the instructions were missing. I had no idea how to start my clock. I called Howard Miller and fortunately they helped me

This clock is a stunner! I recently redid my den and needed a silver clock. When this one came up I had to have it. Yes, it's pricey but you get what you pay for. I love that the chime has a volume control as well! Fair warning it's extremely heavy. If you want to hang it somewhere that doesn't have a stud, you'll need a heavy duty drywall anchor.

Need to send to local store right after receiving the clock because the pendulum cannot function at all.

This clock is precisely what we needed in our dining room. My husband and I both grew hearing the chime of our grandparent's grandfather clocks and have always wanted one of our own. Our style is more contemporary, so this purchase got us the look we needed and that wonderful chime. It's beautiful, easy-to-set and install.

Love my new clock. Well made and the chime is soft and very pleasing. Looks great hung.
