Very comfortable gym quality
I love my ab bench it does not hurt my knees or back like the cheaper ab benches do and the cusion is soft and wide i can maintain my abs with ease and push myself even more now.

Works for tall people!
Got this to start doing decline sit-ups. My concern was the length. I am 6 foot 3,and it fits well. My head doesn’t even reach the roll pad at the bottem. Fairly stable, assuming you pay attention when getting on and off. Holds my weight of 230 easily. Although it has 4 height settings, I would prefer one that had a steeper incline, but for now it does the job at a very reasonable price.

Pretty Good!
I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of assembly and the sturdiness of the bench. I have a kind of assembly-phobia, probably because of the incomprehensible international "step by step" translations I usually see. But these instructions were purely pictorial. The illustrations were clear and easy to follow. It was actually kind of fun. The bench itself supports my 240 lbs. easily. I'm 6'3" and there is still headroom when I do incline dumbbell presses. I gotta say, for the price, this is a quality product. Five stars.

Not what I was looking for
The incline is something that I wanted to be able to work up to but even if it is on the very last rung the incline is to much for a beginner. I would have liked it to be flat when not inclined but this is not an option

the knob isn't threaded
I would like to contact the seller, but Amazon isn't giving me that option. The bench went together great, up until the very last piece - the height adjustment top bar. There is a knob (see pictures) that should screw onto the longer screw to secure the top knee cushions. The knob isn't threaded all the way through, therefore doesn't screw on. It leaves the bar loose and moves around while getting on the bench and performing exercises. I would like to get a new knob from the manufacturer and I'd give this 5 stars all around!

So far so good..
Easy to assemble. Required a wrench from my toolbox, everything else was in the box. Didn't take long at all.I'm 250 lbs and it's fairly sturdy. I am also 6 foot 2 inches tall and fit on this just fine. The only negative I can say about this is the padding makes a farting noise every time I get my legs on. Could be a bit softer somehow... more padding, softer padding, not sure. It's not that bad, though.

Love this. It is perfect!
I often am embarrassed to do ab work at the gym because my abs aren't that strong and I shake a lot (Sidenote: I know that strengthening your muscles is what the gym is for but I'm still insecure.) I bought this as a way to at least get into incline situps and leglifts. It's perfect! What a value for the money! And, I put it together by myself while having girl talk with one of my friends! I find it sturdy; 5'6" 170lbs Size 10/12 average athletic build.

Quick and easy to assemble, fun to use!
Super easy to assemble, works great. The very bottom part under the foam pads doesn't tighten very much but it really doesn't matter as it doesn't affect how it's used . Overall super happy with this . Worth the money for sure

Good product, great price
Great product at a great price. Only downfall is padding under legs could be a bit thicker. It’s adequate. Would recommend.

Très adapté pour la maison en temps de pandémie
Si vous voulez garder la forme alors que les centres de conditionnement physique sont encore fermés, je vous le suggère.

Strong. Comfortable seat. Decent leg and neck/head cushion. A few improvements needed.
WHAT I LIKE:- It only takes about 5-7 minutes to put the whole thing together. The box comes with the main large frame already assembled a bit. So, it is up to the user to simply attach some of the peripheral parts, which does not take more than 5-7 minutes to do. So, assembling this unit was a piece of cake.- The seat is decently padded and is quite comfortable. It has held quite well for the last few weeks of exercise.- The metal frame is strong enough to hold the weight on the seat. It does not look like it will damage easily. It looks strong enough to last a while.- The foam headrests are thick enough to provide a good cushion to the head/neck and the feet. So, that's good.WHAT I DON'T LIKE:- The box came with an allen key necessary to tighten most of the screws. However, there are a couple of screws with bolts that require a wrench to tighten them. Unfortunately, the package doesnot come with a wrench. It should because not everyone has a wrench lying around their homes. I don't. I had to borrow one from a friend.- The plastic caps that fix onto the ends of some bars are of very low quality. I don't trust these caps to last more than a few months. The cheap plastic caps also move every now and then on my wooden floor. I have already got a couple of scratches on the wooden floor due to the plastic caps. So, I have now placed this whole equipment over a yoga mat. That has reduced the scratching and has stabilized the platform. However, that also means I have now wasted a yoga mat because this exercising equipemt was not very thoughtfully designed.- Height adjustment is not the best in this unit. There's really only two levels, and for some short people both levels could be too high. A few more drill holes could have made this more adjustable and useful.- Despite the overall good quality and the strong build, the unit still wobbles a little every now and then. It is nota dangerous or risky wobble, but it is irritating sometimes.
