We've had this for almost a year, we have one with a stainless steel top. Cats love it, obviously, but that says very little about the quality of design.It takes almost no brain cells to assemble, but again, says little about the design.After a year running constantly, the pump is very quiet. This is more helpful than you'd think, because when it gets a tiny bit louder, you know it's time to refill the water. Yes, the internal light can help monitor, but we leave it off because it's fairly bright at night.What I really like about it, though, is the cleanliness. I clean it with soap and water and change both filters once a month. The black filter always collects a good quantity of cat fur, but the water stays crystal clear between cleanings. This is due IMO to the stainless steel top and to the quality design.Negatives are quite minor. One of our cats makes a mess when he drinks, spilling water outside the fountain. To deal with this we've set the fountain in a tray, not directly on the floor. The fountain itself does not leak. I also attached some rubberized feet to the bottom.Overall, a well thought out cat water fountain.

We absolutely love this fountain. We had purchased our first one almost two years ago and our four cats love it. I clean it every two weeks and replace the filters. I love how much water it holds and it is easy to clean. The light inside is fabulous for being able to quickly see the water level. After almost two years the pump stopped working and so I ordered another fountain. After just a couple weeks the new pump started making noise and I emailed the company. They IMMEDIATELY sent me a brand new pump! Great customer service! love the ease of use for the fountain and the kitties love the flowing water.

I wasn’t sure how well this water filter would work since it was much cheaper than other brands. Very easy to setup. Honestly, after a couple months, it still works great! It was starting to slow down and make a funny noise, but I realized we were overdo to change the filters! After changing the filters and giving a good clean (also very easy), it worked great again! Not much noise when it’s clean, which is great for my dogs who are very timid! Does not leak at all and it seems to hold a decent amount of water for my two small dogs.

I bought this for my three cats. Two of them began to use it almost immediately and it took months before the third one finally took to it. I really love it and think they do also. After using it for two years now, it's starting to make a little noise and I noticed the pump isn't putting out the volume of water to the top tray as once before. This is a little concerning. I decided to keep another bowl of water elsewhere for them, just in case the pump fails. I wouldn't want them to be without water when I'm away on vacation. I clean it about every two weeks and replace the two filtering devices. Pretty simple device, works well, and it holds a decent amount of water. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the slowly failing pump.

great product. much quieter than I expected. I was afraid the pump would be noisy, but all I can hear if the faint trickle of water. It is easy to assemble and disassemble for cleaning. The filter was a nice touch. the cat likes drinking from moving water and took to it immediately. Certainly a better option than leaving a faucet running. We leave the light on, but appreciate the option of being able to turn the light off. The reservoir holds a good amount of water. I would recommend.

***UPDATE*** July 7, 2025. The company reached out and replaced the part that was causing issues. Works perfect now! Amazing customer service!Purchased this item in December of last year, and it worked perfectly until just yesterday when it suddenly stopped pumping or dispensing water. I’ve consistently maintained the fountain and regularly cleaned the filters on schedule, so I’m unsure what caused the issue. I checked the pump—it’s clean. The light still turns on and the pump makes noise, but it no longer functions.I attempted to contact the company for support, but when I try to submit an inquiry, I receive a “page not found” error. It’s extremely frustrating to be left with unused filters, no customer support, and now the added expense of buying a new fountain—less than a year later.I’m very disappointed and will not be purchasing from this company again.

Very quiet and beautifully designed! My six cats took right to it and having the water level visible is divine and the fountain is wonderful noPlugging up! No worries about water leaking either! I give it a 20 score for sure! The blue light is great at night so you cannot walk into it. It’s very solid and easy to put together! 95 oz. Of water is perfect and last a long time!

This has been such an amazing addition to my cats daily water intake routine. He loves to sip it straight from the spout. It’s so cute. I would say you need to wash it every 7 days especially if you have multiple cats and food tends to fall in it and for some reason it alway gets this really weird slimy layer of its liner than a week. Outside of that the motor has been running pretty smoothly. The blue had stayed lit with it being continuously on (it acts like a nightlife for my cats). It’s easy to disassemble and clean. The plastic works just fine but I think I might get a stainless steel one to replace it. Be careful of pink algae.
