First 100 Padded: Nature Words

From the ages of 1-2 my son was obsessed with this book. It would keep him entertained in the car. He quickly learned all the words

These have been all 3 of my kids favorite books. They are great for learning language. They have all loved to point to the pictures. These books truly are helping them with learning words and my youngest is constantly grabbing the book and bringing it to us to point to pictures so that he can hear the words. These are an absolute must! My son is 15 months currently.

Our daughter knew hundreds of words by her first birthday thanks to these books! At her 12-month checkup, even the doctor was amazed by how many words she could say and how many objects she could recognize. I now gift this book—and others like it—at every baby shower because of how much they helped her. She’s 6 now, and I can confidently say this book truly set her up for success!

My 3 year old grandson loves these books. They help him learn many new words , and hold his interest for extended periods of time. Great entertainment in the car and at restaurants. I highly recommend them.

After some time working with early intervention, I learned on my own that my son responds best to learning words by pointing at pictures, and you immediately saying what they are, almost as if the book is an electronic toy. He might point at the tiger 100 times and I’m just saying tiger tiger tiger, however, it’s totally worth it because it’s really exposing him to a lot of words some of them he uses, some he does not, but his receptive vocabulary has skyrocketed. He knows what all these things are, whether he can say them or not. It was a really fun activity for a long time, now, mom is losing her mind from repeating some of these words over and over again, but we still do it, because it bring him joy!

Good book for toddlers learning words, I did order it thinking it was a sticker book like how the company makes the other stickerbooks but it is not a sticker book

Well made and my baby loves it.

My 14 month old loves the original 100 words book, which has only real-life photos. He doesn't seem to like the Nature book as much and I think it's partly because it has so many painted photos instead. I was a bit disappointed, as well, because I loved the first book's real photos. The nature book also has very oddly specific things listed, like slow loris, frogspawn, and horny devil. I'd like it a lot better if it gave more basic creature names. Frogspawn?? Why not simply show tadpoles? And the painted photos aren't very good. This was a miss for my house.

Oh my goodness, these books are amazing! My little one absolutely loves them. The pictures are so colorful and cute, and they make learning words about nature super fun. We have such a blast reading them together. Definitely a must-have for any toddler's bookshelf!
