After reading the secret life of groceries which had the most compelling story of how this product was developed, I had to try it. My wife liked it on her baked potato.

I read about Slawsa in a book about modern grocery stores and had to try it. It took a while to find this and I'm wondering why it has been discontinued in stores like QFC (Kroger) & Safeway as it is fabulous! I would buy it all the time if I could find it without having to pay so much for postage. Delicious on just about anything savory.

I read about Slawsa in "The Secret Life of Groceries" and was curious to know how it tasted - GREAT! This is a fabulous product that can be used in many ways in your meals. I tested it as a dip with a plain cracker and was blown away by the flavor. Can imagine how good it will be with everything off the grill.

Ordered 6 jars got a box of slawsa because 2jars was busted

one jar had a half screwed on lid and it had leaked inside the package. was afraid to eat it since it was opened and not refrigerated or possibly tampered with.

The flavor is amazing. I have used it on hamburgers, hot dogs, and beans. I love chow chow and this beats it hands down.

Very good taste and very good texture but a little bland.
