Chalktastic Chalkboard Wall Calendar

The board arrived rolled up - which I expected, but it was also wrinkled in several places - I laid it flat with weight on top of it for about a week and the wrinkles did not flatten. But, all in all it went on the wall fine, and the wrinkles smoothed out.I was not impressed with how the calendar was "centered" - our calendar is tilted (not square with the outside cut lines). If I had noticed it was not square prior to hanging, it probably would have been returned.The day numbers are pre-filled instead of the day names - strange to get used to and have considered filling in the numbers, adding lines at the bottom and writing in the days of the week like normal! Again - if I had really noticed that before hanging it, I probably would have returned this product.We bought chalk markers to use with this calendar, and it wipes clean very easily.

Numbers on the chart make it difficult to label the days in order so it is very crappy but other than that, it is good.

Big in size. Came ripped so i made due. Kids love it keeps behaviour chart more interesting

The dimensions are a little weird if you do not wish to place it directly on the wall. I do love it though. I hung mine on a piece of styrofoam board so that I could move it. It is super cute and functional. Also the other downside is that the numbers are not correct for the days of the week if you use them. I wrote over mine so the fit a "regular" calendar.

I don't get the material quality issue other people are complaining about. It was clear to me what I was getting was a wall decal. When you have this type of material you need to be intentional in installing it to keep it from ripping or sticking to itself. I think it is pretty sturdy. It's good quality to me. My issue started when I first tried to erase the chalk marker from the board after the first month. It just does not want to come off entirely. The other thing I did not like was the pre-printed dates. Honestly if I had noticed that when ordering I would have chosen a different product. I am trying to teach my kids the days of the week with this thing and that does not work if every month you need to start the week with a different day. I did not return it though because my kids love to draw on it an it tends to save the walls from getting colored on.

It's a great calendar, the little numbers that are printed should be removed as it wouldn't align each month like a standard calendar, I wish it came as an actually light weight chalkboard not just a vinyl sticker but it works great. I recommend putting a smooth surface of light wood or glass as a backing for this, because if you put it on a wall it won't be smooth for writing.

Thought it was going to be a good item until I realized the numbers were already on the calendar. The very first box starts with the number 1. Not all months start with a Sunday being the first. You have to adjust the days on this calendar. That is unlike any other calendar I have used. We have to write over the numbers to make it like a more traditional calendar. I would not recommend this item.

I was disappointed with this purchase. The calendar is difficult to use, it his rolled into a tight cylinder upon delivery which causes it to constantly roll back up when you try to open/place it. It seems completely impossible to place the calendar without developing air pockets; air pockets are not only an eyesore, they also make it difficult to write on the calendar. This product is very flimsy, the print isn't bright like the picture in the ad depicts, and there aren't any instructions on how to use, or clean it. The ad states "Easily remove and use." however, when removed it took the top layer of paint off with it. I was unable to get the layer off the calendar so part of the calendar is no longer sticky. I then tried to attach it to a large cardboard so that I could hang that on the wall, when attempting to smooth out the air pockets by lifting each corner of the calendar, THE CALENDAR RIPPED. It is not worth the money you would spend on it.
