Just as pictured. I seen a review that said it falls off, that only happens if you don’t click it in all the way. To insure it clicks in you hear a click. Very easy to use and I’ve never curled my hair before getting this. My hair is very thick and I like how this has two heat settings. It curls and waves my hair perfectly.

works well ! gets hot pretty fast

At first it worked great! Then my sister borrowed it for a few months and it broke. Because of this I don’t know how so it could be the product or her: the different attachments wouldn’t attached right but would still heat up. This ended up with me curling my hair and a burning hot attachment just falling off and burning my arm!! Honestly it worked great for when I used it and I never had ANY complaints so I assume that it wasn’t the products fault that it broke.

This wand with the different curlers is perfect for me. Depending on my mood (and patience lol) will help me decide which curl pattern I want. This wand creates beautiful curls and I definitely recommend!

My daughter loves this product, I’m writing this review even after 3 years of usage as she has to purchase a new order because the base where all the attachments connect to stopped working all of a sudden. She’s sad about the situation but has been satisfied with the satisfaction of how long it’s lasted her. It has gone everywhere with her and she definitely got the uses out of it for what she paid for. She will be purchasing soon again.

I bought this 6 months ago. Initially I really enjoyed the quality and versatility and ease of switching out the tools. However, as time has gone on, it causes weird smelling hair. Even with proper use partnered with thermal protectant hair products. Also, multiple times the 3 barrel waver attachment has detached from the handle while using which results in pain as it’s caught in my hair along with having to snap it back in - the tool has bent and is now not usable. It’s unsafe. I’m beyond my return window or else I’d be returning for a full refund. Very disappointed given the cost.

I really liked the multiple parts for curling sizes and shapes, it looks good quality and heats up super fast, but unfortunately, the hot iron is too exposed and since it doesn't have anything to hold the hair with, you have to use your both hands, not practical and burnt myself a few times.
