Q: In the diagram there are two positions for the decline, but on mine I can only go from flat to full decline. It's missing option 7 in the diagram?

it has many positions. beside just flat and all the way up.just go slow on the back support till it gets to where u want it and find the closest hole to insured the pin and block it in that position. too light equipment to use for training .mybe for a lady not a strong man .useless
