Broken after a month of use
Quality really bad for price. After one month, the silicone part that connects the part where you drink and the inside of the bottle for broken which leads to a constant spill of water. My kid arrives everyday with the things wet inside of the backpack.

Straw issue
We got our cup last week but couldn’t drink out of it, the straw was kinked & we couldn’t figure out what to do so we contacted amazon & they sent us a new one & said to send the original back..but after sitting all night the straw unkinked itself & my son can drink from it. We are returning the replacement & are very happy
