Support and comfort
Best insoles I've ever used. I've tried both of the insoles made by Sole. The black plastic ones that you heat to form to your foot. The are the second pair for Cork insoles I've bought. I enjoy the ease of fitment. Just cut to the old insole size insert into shoe and go. The Cork will form too your foot as you walk. Still keeping arch support. I'm a senior cook on my feet 6 to 12 hours a day, 5 days a week. I wear safety work boots for the ankle support. With the Cork insoles it gives me a more natural feel of walking without the squishy foams that bunch up, or the gels that tend to roll out from under your foot. I always order after I have my new shoes for a day or two. Then I'll think about how my shoes are fitting. A little snug order the THIN Cork. Fit a little loose order the THICK Cork. Feels like a nice fit, get the REGULAR Cork. The heel cup holds your heel firm. So no heel slide. The arch support I find forms nice to your natural arch. With in a day or two. Relieving foot pain. I will be using these insoles in all my shoes as long as I'm able to buy them. I bought my first 2 pair from the web site. These are my second pair of Cork insoles from SOLE. These are my go to for support and comfort.

Great for plantar fasciitis and foot pain
After four surgeries in 5 years on my ankle, I was desperate to find something that would help even just a little bit. These were amazing, I have tried over a dozen insoles, all the way up to prescription ones and high-end shoe store custom fit. I was never really happy with them. I of course wish these were a little cheaper, considering they are cork, I understand that you have to price accordingly. Definitely just make sure you're following the instructions on baking them, and work quickly as they cool off fast. Once you've got them fit into your shoe, as long as you follow the instructions correctly, they should be super comfortable, offer great support, and very shock absorbing. It makes it tolerable for me to actually walk around during the day and they are perfectly fit so that you don't have to lose circulation on the front end. Some of the insoles are super thick and it pushes your toe box into the top of the shoe, pinching off the circulation, these are thin and all the right spots and thick where it counts. Very durable and have not had any issues after 6 months of wearing.

Best inserts around
Love this brand and always used the thicker ones. These fit great in my vans and a pair of sneakers I have. Used for a week long trip overseas and walked over 15k a day and stood teaching all day. Helps with my foot and leg pain. Great value for the money and quality. Use them regularly!

Super nice arch support- but squeak
These are nice but I was unable to use them in the shoes I bought them for because they squeak so badly! I put them in another pair and they were better, the arch support is very nice.

Thin--great for support in athletic shoes
Excellent as-is for high arches like mine, but is "adjustable" (heat conforming) for lower arches. These THIN insoles fit in athletic shoes. I use them in shoes that provide some cushion on their own, without depending on the insole.

Not that impressed
the insoles feel great however, no matter what shoes I put them in after walking a bit they make a squeaky noise. It must be the cork rubbing on the sides of the sneaker. too bad.

Definitely harder than the cork but thinner
The pair I got had obviously been trimmed shorter by somebody and also molded to somebody else’s feet so I ended up returning the product, but I did notice that the base of the foot bed is a lot stiffer and harder with this plastic than it is with the cork ones I already own. If you’re very worried about amount of space in your shoe, this does take up less space, but I did not find it nearly as Comfortable. I love the metatarsal pad. It does provide a lot of pain relief. It is exceptionally well designed and well it is expensive for what it is. It’s really good quality. The mold process is amazing. I presume it would be easier to cut once it is heated up, but again I ended up returning the product before that Point had already been used by another customer returned. Make sure the underside of your insoles is not black. Once it is black, it means it has previously been heated.

I have used these insoles for a few years now - this is my second pair. I work on my feet all day every day, sometimes for 14 hours - with no pain during the day. The only pain I experience is afterwards when I take my shoes off. I highly recommend these cork insoles to anyone. The only thing I would advise, is to get a thicker pair if your shoes are a little too big. These thin ones are specifically for support - not to help shoe size.

My husband really enjoys these insoles. Theygreatly improve the comfort of his shoes with adding bulk. Follow instructions carefully when shaping them. They are especially reasonable when purchased on sale. They seem to last a long time. He has multiple pairs for different shoes.

I really liked these insoles in terms of fit, they’re thin and still offer good support, but the cork on one of them shredded into pieces right after I heated it as per the instructions. I didn’t even get to wear it once. I’m not sure if I can return them since I’ve heated/moulded them. Disappointed. Update: Amazon and the manufacturer offered me a full refund, which I really appreciated. I ordered the non-cork version (also from Sole), which is 5-star.

Following the instructions I heated the insole for 3 minutes in a 200 degree oven. When I put the insoles in my boot the cork crumbled on both insoles. I do not recommend this product.
